We live in Reading and needed a TV aerial installation we shopped around and found 1install and after a brief chat on the phone we booked up to have the TV aerial installed. There were so many TV aerial companies in reading to choose from but we are glad that we chose 1install to do our installation and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone as they did a top class job.
We had not been happy with Sky's own installation and with 4 different sky boxes, complex cable runs and a weak signal area (or so we thought!). When we came to Kieran he recognised the problems immediately and installed a bigger dish in a more secure area clear of trees. The signal strength went from 25-40% to 80%+!! Not only that but later, when we experienced problems with one of the signals he was happy to come back until it was fully fixed. I wish more Sky independant installers were as dedicated and reliable as 1 install !.

I am in the course of doing up an old house that might also be described as a bottomless (though beautiful) pit. Of all the money thrown into the pit to date none has represented such good value as that which I have paid to 1install. After dealing with numerous Sky engineers and their approved sub-contractors, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with 1-Install. Kieran and his team are clearly subject matter experts in their field. They were able to clearly articulate all possible options and their respective advantages and disadvantages and offer their recommendations.
Their work ethic could not be faulted and they ensured the work was aesthetically pleasing, I can honestly say they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all of the requirements were met and too a very high standard too.
I would certainly use 1-Install again if and when the need arises and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 1-Install to my friends and family.

I got a number of quotes and chose Kieran as he was straightforward and open. His quote was not only far lower that the others but it was simple, clear and without caveats.
The installation was well executed. The disk being in an somewhat inconvenient position from an installation point of view but very inconspicuous. The cables were well hidden and I was very pleased with the result.
Unfortunately I was unable to get my new TV to function and Kieran spent a considerable amount of time helping me diagnose the fault in the TV at no extra charge. He left when he was sure that I was confident with the diagnosis and that his installation was fully functional. I replaced the TV and all worked perfectly.
I would comment Kieran and 1Install to anyone for both value, quality and service.

After obtaining several quotations from other companies, I decided 1install was the company for me. Kieran drew up several plans how the system would be put together and the started the project the following week. Through every step of the project 1install showed meticulous attention to detail, all of the installers are courteous and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole install went very smoothly, once complete the family and myself had training on the system.
In all my years of business, this is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. I have two other projects on the horizon and will certainly be using 1install again.

We would like to put on record how pleased we have been with the job done and the service provided by your company.The Guys that fitted the Tv aerial and dish were very thorough, tidy and considerate. Our cottage is old and we were very keen not to see any cables but they did an excellent and thorough job of completing the installation with hiding the cables so nothing was visible from the outside.
The original project took a little longer then the estimate but the additional time was not added to the bill. Very hard working and competitively priced. Would hire again and recommend 1install to others.
